Wellness

Rest, on purpose.

A ship is a floating spa town if you choose the right one. Thermal suites, quiet decks, and dining that treats you well — this collection is for travelers who return home better than they left.

What we look for

A wellness ship, properly judged.

The suites

Thermal suites that earn the name

Heated loungers, steam rooms, thalassotherapy pools. The good thermal suites are quiet, adults-only, and worth the pass. The bad ones are a warm room with a sauna brochure. We know the difference.

The decks

Silence, scheduled

Adults-only retreat decks, forward-facing quiet lounges, and itineraries with enough sea days to actually use them. Wellness needs unscheduled hours; we build them in.

The table

Dining that treats you well

Ships with real healthy-dining programs — not a salad bar apology, but menus designed around how you want to feel. Some lines do this genuinely; we know which ones.

Curated for wellness

Ships for the long exhale.

Real ships from our collection, chosen for their spa programs and quiet corners.

Questions

Wellness sailing, explained.

Sometimes, and we will say so honestly. A few lines run genuinely good wellness programming — yoga instructors, nutritionists, spa credit bundled. Others put “wellness” on a standard sailing and change nothing. We steer you to the former or save you the premium.

Port-heavy itineraries leave little time for the spa. For a true wellness sailing, we look for itineraries with at least two or three sea days — or a crossing, where the days at sea are the whole point.
