1. You get a quote
We price your sailing or stay from the same fares and rates anyone can see. No markup is added on top.
The money question, answered
Here’s the full mechanism — where our money comes from, where it doesn’t, and why the price you pay is the same as booking direct.
The mechanism
We price your sailing or stay from the same fares and rates anyone can see. No markup is added on top.
You pay the supplier’s price — the fare or the rate, plus taxes and fees, exactly as published.
The cruise line or hotel pays us a commission from their side of the booking. It comes out of their margin, not your pocket.
The exceptions
Airlines pay essentially no commission — the business model above doesn’t exist for air. So when we ticket flights for you, there’s a service fee, quoted and agreed before anything is charged. You’ll always know the number in advance; it’s never a surprise line on a receipt.
It’s a fair question. Commission rates do vary between suppliers — but our reputation is the only asset we have, and steering a client onto the wrong ship for a few points of commission is a short road. If a recommendation ever sits oddly with you, ask us why. We’ll answer straight.
Then we’ve done our job badly somewhere, and we’d rather know. Send us the fare and we’ll either match it through our price-match promise or tell you honestly that the cheaper option is the better play. A client who trusts us is worth more than a commission.
Not for standard cruise and hotel bookings — the commission covers the work. For complex multi-leg journeys or corporate travel programs, a planning fee may be discussed up front, in writing, before any work begins. Nothing is ever back-charged.
We’re an independent agency with accreditation in progress — stated plainly, because a business that hides its standing can’t ask you to trust its pricing. The commission model above is how travel agencies have worked for decades; we’re just writing it down instead of assuming you know.
