Privacy, in plain language.

When you request a quote, you give us contact details (name, email, sometimes a phone number) and trip preferences (destinations, dates, travelers, cabin or room preferences). That’s it. We don’t ask for anything the quote doesn’t need, and we don’t collect payment details through this website.

Your details are used to prepare your quote, reply to your messages, and — if you book — to make the booking on your behalf. We do not sell your information, share it with marketers, or add you to mailing lists you didn’t ask for. If we ever want to email you about anything beyond your inquiry, we’ll ask first.

Inquiry data is stored in our Supabase database — a professionally hosted, encrypted platform — with access limited to the Fluent Travel team. We keep inquiry records only as long as they’re useful for serving you; ask us to delete yours and we will, promptly and completely.

If you book travel through us, the supplier providing it (the cruise line, hotel, or airline) necessarily receives the details needed to hold your reservation — that’s how bookings work, and their own privacy policies apply to what they hold. Nobody else gets your data. Not advertisers, not data brokers, not anyone.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@fluent.travel and we’ll handle it. No forms, no thirty-day maze.

This site uses no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies. If that changes, this page will say so before it happens — not after.
