Family reunions

Everyone, finally together.

One booking, one point of contact, thirty people who only have to show up. The group rate unlocks the perks; we handle everything else.

The honest version: we hold the group’s space under one booking. Each cabin pays its own way — its own deposit, its own final payment — and the group’s perks flow to everyone. Nobody collects money from anyone.

How it works

The family, handled.

Hold the space

Once the party reaches the group minimum — typically 8 cabins — the line extends group amenities: upgrades, onboard credit, a private reception. We hold it under one booking.

Cabins together

Connecting rooms and adjacent decks where the ship allows, so grandparents, kids, and cousins stay within shouting distance.

Shared moments

Group dining at one long table, a private reception on night one, shore time planned around the ages in the party.

Each cabin pays its own

One invoice per cabin. No treasurer, no spreadsheet of who owes what.

The timeline

Nine months to gather.

Choose and hold

We pick the sailing together and hold the group’s space. The link goes out to the family.

Deposits

Each cabin commits with its own deposit. Dining preferences and cabin requests collected.

Excursions and celebrations

Shore plans booked; birthdays, anniversaries, and the group photo scheduled.

Final payment and documents

Final payment follows the line’s schedule; documents arrive about a month out.

Questions

Reunions, explained.

Typically 8 cabins is where group amenities begin. Smaller than that, we still plan the reunion — just as a well-organized family sailing rather than a contracted group.

No. Each cabin pays its own deposit and final payment directly. Nobody chases anyone for money — the organizer stays the organizer, not the bank.

The line’s cancellation terms apply to their cabin only; the rest of the group is unaffected. We handle the rebooking honestly and tell you the cost before anything moves.

We request them at booking and confirm as early as the ship’s inventory allows. Booking early is the honest secret — connecting rooms go first.
